PepsiCo/PRNewswireShawn Mendes is partnering with PepsiCo’s new IZZE Fusions beverage for a refreshing new venture. He’ll be participating in the drink’s nationwide launch next month, which includes a free day-long festival called Camp IZZE.
The festival will take place on April 8 in New York City, before Shawn kicks off his headlining arena world tour. It’s part music festival, part inspirational summit, and will honor teens who are defying labels and stereotypes, in keeping with the beverage brand’s theme of being “undefined.”
Shawn tells Billboard he’s looking forward to spending some one-on-one time with the kids at Camp IZZE because “that honestly doesn’t happen much.” As for whether or not he’d play some music, Shawn says he’s doesn’t know yet, but he’s bringing his guitar just in case.
Tickets for Camp IZZE are free and available on a limited first-come, first-serve basis.
IZZE Fusions will also be giving away tickets to Shawn’s U.S. tour, which starts July 6, as well as meet-and-greet passes.
